hi my 1100 gs front hoses have the name earls on them are these the original hoses am giving the bike to my son when he passes his test and want it to be right for him i may fit braided hoses.

Check them out for any cracks in the rubber. Squeeze the brake lever very tightly and watch the hoses at the same time for signs of swelling or leaks. Check for corrosion on the hose end fittings. If in doubt throw them out.

Earls do not make rubber hoses, these will be Teflon liner with S/Steel overbraid.
