I've had a bunch of issues with my 2013 LC, nothing earth shattering, but six separate warranty claim is a bit annoying. Anyway, I grumbled a bit to BMW customer services, and as a goodwill gesture for the hassle they've given me a shiny new Navigator V. Seems v reasonable to me.
