Hope you all have a good un! I'm Outta commission that day..........don't laugh I'm running a 10k leg of the Belfast Marathon for Chest Heart and Stroke. I'm not sure whether the heart will give out or I'll have the stroke first. Still I'm nearly 14 months younger than Jockser
