A mate is sticking an R1150R motor into a 2CV. Oh yes!

He needs an ECU. The VIN is WB10429A03ZK64456

Please, does anyone have one they would be willing to sell?

Thanks Neil - I will ask. I've never owned a twinspark so I'm not sure whether the second plug would be visible from this angle??

That is a twin spark, 2003 and later, R1150R.
Non-abs too it seems (not that it matters).

I want to see that 2CV when he is done. :D
 
I asked him whether he was building it for the track, or for off road events.

In all seriousness he said no, commuting. Crikey!
 
I have an ECU available from a running single spark 1150GS, year 2000, I have no idea if it will work with the twin plug. Great project by the way...
 
This one came with a used r1150rt twin spark motor and gearbox I bought a while ago , you will need to check it is compatible but it is available 20240625_074813.jpg
 
Thanks Neil, I will pass that image on to my mate and see whether he feels it will spark his Frankenstein monster into life!
