Trying to unclip the wiring from accessory left hand fog light (you know why!!!!). What's the correct way to release it from the socket ?

Cheers

Insert a thin blade screw driver into the hole at the front feel for the clip / release tab then pull connector off. Yes I know why bloody things are useless

Thanks Terry.

Hair dryer got them working again. Going to try some marine grease I think when I pull off the connector

I used ACF50 which seems to work, my worry is all the other connectors on the bike are similar, what's next?

Also my last lamp failure was due to water ingress into the light unit it's self, there was a pool of water behind the lense.

Good luck Terry

Cheers. I've been lucky to own many many bikes over the years. Last 3 were new beemers (xr,rr and this one) and all three have needed warranty claims (grips, broken panels, lights respectively). Mind you, I do like everything else about my GSA so will have to find a workaround for the lights. Maybe move to Arizona!!!! Suns out so going to play and get her dirty again so I can wash it and see what else stops working afterwards
