Got windows live mail on my windows 7 laptop. Every time I try to check if I have new emails it goes offline. I click go online, try again, but it goes offline again. Can eventually get it to work, but not as it should be. Any suggestions as to what is wrong and how to fix it gratefully received.

Just a thought as some people prefer using other browsers (eg Firefox, Chrome etc) and therefore dont check this.

Windows mail is connected to IE.
Check the 'Work Offline' option is not ticked in IE.
Depending on the version of IE you are running this will be under File.... or Tools....
