Having recently experience a wee heart attack, my better half wants me to give up motor cycling. To avoid another, The Babe has to go.
1150 adventure SE, 2005, 61,000 miles, (never raced or rallied), stolen about 5 years ago in Chamonix and recovered by Gendarmes in container ready to be shipped out.(only damage was ignition wires cut). A few extras such as crud catcher, extra lights, boxes with inner bags (if I can find them). Looking £3999 with a luck penny thrown in. More details on 07846456846.

What a cracker.. :drool

Hope your on the mend....

Can't see the photo but a good price GLWS

Keep the bike and get rid of the "better half"!

I can't understand how giving up something you like to do will help your health? I've never given up anything I didn't want to, and my other half would never ask me to, and that goes both ways.

A lot of people like to smoke and some like to drink in the pub every night , but I take your point . In this instance I would agree that I fail to see how something that isn't obviously bad for your health (and has actually been proven it be good for you) is worth giving up ?

I know by Mrs would've probably have preferred me to give up when I became a dad BUT she knows how much pleasure I get from it and would never ask me to stop. It's my passion and I don't have many others , besides her :thumb

I fail to see how something known to reduce stress and therefore blood pressure will improve your health, but you know what you need to do more than I do,so glws and hope your health improves with or without your bike

That is an absolute peach, you should have no trouble selling it on here. Hope the health issues work out for you.

I would give yourself a bit of breathing space before offloading something that you enjoy.

I got back into motorcycling after a couple of heart attacks. Now fully recovered after surgery 5 years ago.

Give it some time.
