Enduro Off-Road Tyre Patterns

This may sound like a geekish request.

But I am looking for Enduro tyre pattern outlines for a personal paintjob project.

I have tried "The Google" but can only find manufacturers tyre pictures.

I have even boot-blacked some Karoos in order to scan their pattern - not a great success.

If someone has Enduro tyre track pattern outlines, I would be greatly indebted.
