Enduro pro plus speedbumps =

Did your enduro pro get installed at first service?

Mine's in on Monday - should I ask for this to be done?

Cheers

Yep.:thumb They should do it automatically, but mention it anyway just in case they forget:rob:thumby:

That is all.

What are you implying..... It just glides over them, or it wheelies off of them ??

Enduro Pro switches off ASC, so allows wheelies. A nice feature of the bike is that you can turn ASC off so easily in any riding mode, while on the move :augie

So let me get this right... The bike has ASC which means the bike now tells you what it will allow rather than the rider, but now with a push of a button (assuming you can read the modes for those that need reading glasses) and a tug on the lever you can tell the ASC to shut the feck up and let you decide!

Sounds like progress

It turns all speed bumps into jumps.:D Only when the roads are quiet, mind.:rob:green gri

I think I'm going to spend most of my time reading the bloody manual!!

Mine came with the pro plug from new (three weeks ago). I wonder if they withheld the pro plugs until they had investigated the 'stability issues'.

My dealer wouldn't hand me the plug. I am not sure why, but I guess it's because there is an issue with the computer on some Canadian models which won't automatically reset ASC and ABS to ON after going back from Enduro Pro mode. Software has to be updated and I guess they were not ready to do that at the time (a month ago.)

How does enduro plus differ from dynamic?

Extended suspension travel allowed + ASC lets rear spin freely + ABS almost non existent.

Dynamic mode only changes suspension stiffnes and engine mode.

I tried the pro mode this afternoon, in Bardenas Reales national park, near Zaragoza. It was towards the end of a 600km day unbroken ride on twisty roads, so I was definitely edging towards "knackered", but it was good fun. Very good fun, actually.

I get the first service done tomorrow in Zaragoza, so am looking forward to trying it out with a few more revs afterwards.
