Good spot, im up for this, saves me washing the spanish dirt off the 450 :thumb

If the HP is back, I'll be thier but will not know until later in the week:comfort

I'll be on my 650X - the Airhead is stll waiting for spares!

I've used the Airhead at other enduroland events .

Aside from those on this thread we have:

Simon on his 450 KTM

Mark on a 530 and his mate on some 600

Yep will be there, will be on a Blue Gasgas 300, probably sat next to a white Toyota landcruiser looking absolutley fecked!! Pop Over and say high and pour some fliud over me...

This should be fun the land around there is rolling lush green farmland - Expect mud!

Mark has a friend on a Super Enduro coming so we should also expect some ploughing

was thinking of taking my se, but the forks are pissing oil, so it will be the 450.

Thinking about coming down to this as a spectator.
P/x ing the X Challenge next week so don't want to trash it for the new owner.
Going out for a couple  with the boys tonight so probably best not to ride in the morning. :augie

Anyone know if there is a entrance fee if you are only watching??

I've got a place booked, I am going with the F800GS. :bounce1

My TKC80s are a bit worn out... I will try with minimum PSI but I will probably be washing out at every corner!

My 8000 is black and yellow and it doesn't have the "GS" stickers on the front side panels.

I hope it's not raining!

Cheers!

No entry fee or non riders...

Looks like we'll have a good crowd.

Simon T wil be in a Black Nisan X Trail with one of those tow ball bike barriers, if you see him set up camp nearby

I'm also popping along to this as a spectator. I've got plans for a pogo of some sort and I'd like to check out what Enduroland is like.

If anyone sees a very lanky bloke in a dark blue 'Crescent Suzuki' jacket, tap me on the shoulder and say hello!

:beerjug:

I'll be there on a 400EXC unless the weather is so completely vile that I'm forced to stay in bed:D

It was good to see a few of the lads today - Wreford, Simon T, Bakerlonglegs etc

The event was carnage in the mud - I wandered down to the bottom of the main field and saw bike after bike getting stuck trying to get back into the main field - mostly they were bing towed out by a quad!

:D

Managed two laps on my 400EXC before calling it a day. Some of the wooded sections were a quagmire, no fun at all. The straight & flat grass sections were very slick. flat out in 3rd = 30mph max.

Fortunately Wreford saved the day when he guided Simon T, Berin, Riderbob & myself on some great local trails. Very enjoyable, good selection of terrrain including several hundred metres of water. Video to follow one Bob's compiled it & posted on YouTube.

Thanks again to Wreford. :thumb

Just found Simon T's new offroader:

Hi,

It was nice to meet some of you today.. although I can remember who was who now!

I got exhausted in the first lap after getting stuck on the last wooded section before going back to the main field. I rested for some time and then I did another 4 laps without going up that bit and finally went back to the car park through the end of the field (No way I was getting up that wooded section).

It wasn't fun on the big bikes today! I had some worn out TKC 80s on the F800 and they were like ice skates! No traction a tall. I went down to 16 psi but still made not much difference..

The two Australian guys (Rob? on the SE 950 and ...? sorry, I can't remember!) were still going around the track but I think they left before me.

I went home at around 2:30 pm and jetwashed the bike at a BP station.. that mud was sooo sticky on the bike! Some pics below:

This was the bit were everyone was getting stuck... It was a bit steeper than it looks on the pictures, and it had a final bump which was hard to get past.
