So as part of my project to swap the GS to GSA i remembered i had a set of the upper bars i bought few years back.

Was thinking that these would just link into the current engine bars i have fitted on the GS. However the Upper looks as if they would need a narrower bar to go across the lower front of the engine. Does anyone know if this is the case are they a different size. Could i make it work by cutting out a piece of the existing lower bar i have on the GS.

Pic at the top is of my 2012 GSA and the lower one is the engine bar setup i have on the GS at the moment.

Do you know the part number for lowers by chance?
Hi mpgscott,
I did find these on the Motorworks website, perhaps get someone handy with a welder to knock up a pair of clamps as per images, they look very similar, to the standard gsa ones of that era.

Good luck with your modifications. Gee.

Brilliant, that’s a great solution. Will see if I can get some form of clamp.

The bars on real oem and motorworks look the same as mine that I already have.

Cheers
Mark

Would anyone happen to have seen where they could purchase such clamps as seen in this image?

I have a set of upper bars and cross piece if you want them?
A blackbird (honda) hit the left hand side and put a small dent in them and also out of line a bit.
I just replaced them and the old ones are still lying around.
From a 2010 gsa.
