Just about to take my GS off road for it's 1st serious test, need some engine protector bars, how much will I have to pay for dealer to supply and fit?
How much did they cost? Who are H&B?riderbob said:They are easy to fit yourself, all you need is a torque wrench. Less than an hours work.
I bought H&B bars which are great. I dropped my bike first time off road and the engine bars did the job. Also, the bike can be serviced without having to remove the bars.

Just curious - why not?alimey4u2 said:I wouldn't bother unless you want somewhere to mount your AA badge...![]()

they may well get pushed up so much that the cylinder covers cannot be removed with them in place.Pukmeister said:If you need help fitting a set of Hepco-Becker engine bars give me a shout as I am quite local (Fareham) and have the tools needed etc having done the job twice now.
