Engine Covers

I have recently aquired my first 'W' reg BMW R1150GS off of Lee Frost of this forum, and unfortunatly me and the wife were side swiped by a van on the 360 mile journey home, by a BT engineer who changed lanes without even looking.



Anywho, I am surfing to get prices on replacement parts, and saw a rocker cover on ebay off of a 2001 1150 RT, is it that same as a GS cover?

850, 1100 and 1150 rocker covers are all the same with just a few different colours or finishes. Including the R1200C, which has nice chromed metal rocker covers, stronger than the usual ali covers on the 1150GS.

The only completely different covers are the twin spark bikes, from 2002 onwards.
