2 slight Hiccups on 2nd ride out (mileage now 288)
Bike Cut out when clutch operated, about 1/2 mile from home, hadn't particularly let bike warm up, just started it & rode off!
Top box release mechanism doesn't "pop" the red handle out for removal :(

What do you mean by «cut out»? Did everything shut off, or did you just get an engine cut then resume? Was there an ignition contact cut? Maybe you pushed down on the sidestand inadvertently and the switch is too sensitive? Just guessing.

As for the topbox not popping out the release, this is definitely not normal. Something may be jammed underneath. Did you try shaking things a bit?

My Top box did this for a while. It was stiff but freed itself up after it was taken on and off a few times and works all the time now.

The engine stopped when I pulled in the clutch, I had to coast & hit the starter. Fortunately it fired up no probs.
