Engine Number?

Does anyone know the location of the engine number on an F800GS?

Trying to register one in the UK and need this for the form.

On the front of the headstock!

thats the VIN mate.

It`s on the right hand side of the engine under the alternator cover, look just in front of the brake pedal and it`s just above the top exhaust pipe, not easy to see!
