Engine paint

Hi, got a 2012 r1200gs adv in triple black. Managed to scuff one of the cylinder heads, anyone know where i can get the paint from to fix it?

FWIW I struggled to get paint for the rocker box covers of my bike. BMW dont supply spare paint and dont give out paint codes either. So in the end I went to a car re-finishing place, one that supplies paint to bodyshops, and they matched it up very well indeed and then put it in an aerosol for me. Some such places even have spectrometer kit to make up paint to match a sample.

My paint was silver so details would be no help to you. Problem is, have you got a black bit you can takle off and take with you to the shop? Not easy to match on the bike

Thanks, its the cylinder heads and thats the only part in this colour! So can't remove!
