Engine protection plate

After a little advice and recommendations here on engine protection plates for a 2916 GSA.

There are a few offerings from Wundrtlich, Touratech and BMW and not sure which one to go for.

what have you fitted to your bike and are you happy with it.

2916 GSA and they still haven't sorted out the corrosion issue?

If you mean a bashplate, the one from Altrider is the best, as mounts to frame on strong mounts. Competitive price too.

On my 2nd LC and bought an Altrider for that too.

^^ What they said ^^ Altrider gets my vote too, although if putting on the Adventure, be ready to remove various bolts for the crash bars and also the frame bolts. Oh and you need to take the centre stand off to fit it. All doable, but takes sometime to get sorted and an extra pair of hands helps if available.
