Got my first GS for my birthday back in April and have just got back from my first real touring holiday on it.... Why havent I had one of these sooner. Its a fantastic bike and gone are the days of a stop every 60 miles due to a numb bum and the cramped legs of riding sport bikes. The GS still amazes me with how well it handles for its size and weight and after a full days riding I was feeling fresh enough to try a couple of beers. Result......
The trip was from Stoke On Trent, up to the lakes, then to Cairnryan and the ferry to Belfast, traveled down to the south west coast of Ireland and then followed the coast around and back up to Dublin taking in the ring of kerry and heally's pass. Back onto the ferry to Holly head and back home to Stoke. 1480 miles in one week. Best road trip ever and already planing the next one.

Ok I just tried to upload pics of the trip but computer says noooooo... The pics are JPG format so any advice will help. Its probably my poor computing skills. lol...

Use a photo hosting site, eg photobucket/flickr/imageshack/tinypic, to upload your pictures to. Once uploaded they'll give a code to share, like [I M G]xyz123[/I M G] but without spaces. Copy that code into your post.

Some of them will give a direct link instead. Then you need to click the picture icon above where you're typing thread (it looks like mountains on a postcard) and paste the link into the pop out box.
