ESA settings

Looked for a thread on this but couldn't find one
Collected my white 2015 TE two weeks ago and am loving it. Test rode 2014 model and am sure in the ESA settings I saw two riders and a case in the last setting. in the online PDF manual page 22 and 70 shows two riders and a case.
in my hand book/ manual it shows on page 22 two riders and a case. Page 74 shows two riders only. My display will only show two riders and then scroll through again.
What the fucks going on and where's my case!!

Granted on the scroll though it does, then why the picture in the instruction showing pillion and case if there isn't one, must be missing something

You hold the button down to go through the weight / luggage settings but only when stationary in neutral

Yeah done that Terry but it only gets as far as rider and pillion. I don't get rider pillion and luggage, could be a fair bit of weight difference. i'm now waiting for the dealer to come back to me with an answer.

you will only get solo, solo plus luggage and two up there is no two up with luggage setting

You have to remember, the LC's display isn't like the older GSs and GSAs: it's 1x helmet / 1x helmet + luggage / 2x helmets.
IIRC, the older bikes displayed 1x helmet / 1x helmet + luggage / 2x helmets + luggage.

If the suspension is like mine it means :- one helmet =One rider plus up to 500 kgs luggage
one helmet plus luggage = one rider and a full family plus 500 kgs luggage
two helmets = one rider, a fully grown bull elephant on pillion plus 500 kgs luggage
