I doubt if I’ll be taking a washing machine, so the chance of confusion is greatly reduced.

So'kay if you don't hand wash yer clothes in a burn, like I do. Surf non-Bio for me.
I use an old bicycle wide neck bottle and holder attached to my right pannier box, easier to find at a lay-by stop, with no bushes, and in the tent at 3am.

Lucozade small bottle ,why they seem to have a wider neck that the larger bottle is a mystery,
As long as your not pissing more than 500ml in one go .

I've used 500 ml fabric softener bottles with some success ...

I suppose you could use a small funnel with a tube running out of the tent onto the grass .
