Just a quick question to all you seasoned SPIII users. Is there a setting that allows the ETA to be displayed whilst routing? I've had a quick whizz round the menus and a brief scan of the manual but didn't see it. I apologise if it's blatantly obvious.

The reason I ask is that on the V the current time, ETA, distance to next turning and distance to destination are all displayed to the right of the map. On the SPIII I just get the distance and time to next turning. I find the ETA useful as it lets me know if I'm still on time for meetings.

TIA

The best you get with the SPIII is when you are routing to change the page view to the turn by turn directions page (list) and view the last entry. It will tell you remaining distance and ETA. Alas unlike the V you can't have that info displayed whilst in map views. :(

Thanks for the reply. That's where I'd got to but didn't believe the supposedly superior unit wouldn't have such a useful function.

I'm disappointed now. :(
