European travel requirements

A group of us are going on a European tour in a few weeks, can anyone tell me what I am required to take : spare bulb set and any ref numbers etc (I have a 1200 GS). We will be going through Germany, the Chech Rep, Italy and France - I imagine each has it's own unique set of rules for first aid kits, warning triangles etc.

I took the day glo jacket and managed to get a fabric cover for my helmet that has a flexible warning triangle on it. Never needed it but you can get them from www.louis.de if you feel so inclined.
