Ever had a really seized s/a pivot pin ?

got one today that just wouldnt shift.

gave it a good wack

heated it up

used scaffold pole

cut 'mushroom' off with cutting disc on 4 sides

used stilsons on the square left

drilled a few small holes around edge

soaked it

took gearbox out with s/a still attached

its going in vertical mill next
