I recently bought a GSA and that made me a happy man:D . Only problem is, I bought a pair of EVO system 4 helmets with Autocom Pro 7 fitted, without trying them on (long distance purchase). Now both my lovely wife and I think they are a bit tight. No problem putting them on, but they feel a bit uncomfy... Will lining (padding?) adjust to headshape after some use and give more comfort or will I have to get bigger size? Any experience?

Yes, they will loosen up over time. A faster alternative is to change the cheek pads--your dealer will be able to advise.

If they are tight around the ears you can dig out some of the polystyrene to recess the speakers a bit more.

I have just purchased this helmet and have experienced exactly the same problem goes on ok but after about twenty minutes it feels as though my head is in a vice and I was convinced I had bought the wrong size, however on speaking to the dealer I have been assured that the helmet 'gives' a size and just takes a while to bed in, they reccommended I wore it just on short journeys at first until it becomes comfortable, had the helmet about a month and it is comfier to wear than it was initially so it appears to be bearing out what the dealer says just give it time I am sure it will be ok

Incidentally I was speaking with a friend of mine who is en ex plod motorcyclist and he said exactly the same thing so they can't be both wrong!!

:D :helmet
