why so cheap ?
I don’t know this guy but I’m sure I have seen his adverts for ex police bikes before, him being local to me. If anyone on here is interested and wants a pair of eyes on it, I’d be happy to go and have a chat with him. The advert says he (she) has owned the bike ten years, but I’ve never seen it around here.
Does look tidy… listed 13h ago, so unlikely to hang around at that price. Not that I know much about anything about these bikes prior to my ownership of a late 2014 GS LC.

maybe it was based in Downing Street and just trundled with the PM to/from Brenda's House once a week and trips to/from the Commons, Northolt and Chequers? Or some similar role in London. Presumably that was the era before they switched to the VFR1200 then the R1200RS.
Reckon Wendy's old man died and she's getting rid of all his sh!te in the garage
because the vast majority of work done on SEG bikes is within central London so, you may be out each day but you're probably not racking up that many miles. They spend more time in the cleaning bay!

He’s also got a 1958 AJS Model 20 apparently, and a 1994 Yamaha XV750

The two bikes appear too be at the same address,

Probably the lass flogging them hasn’t a clue of their values if what is being suggested by @landmarkjohn is true.
She’s just re listed the Pan if anyone is looking for one
