Excel 2000

I have Excel 2000 on my computer and it has suddenly started asking me to insert the disk to update something. I cant find the disk, so I cant update it and now it wont let me open Excel at all.

Yes I know its out of date but I like it and it does everything I need.

Does anyone know a way around, or does anyone have an Excel 2000 disk I can borrow,

I wouldn't bother

bin it and use open office, compatible with Microsoft office documents, does nearly everything Office does and it free

I used open office (now called libre office I think) and the one thing it was useless at was excel, though I have graphs with lots of data which is where it fell down. Got Office 2003 off ebay in the end for £30 ish
