Excellent service from Rukka and Hideout Leather

My Rukka suit had faded from black to an odd shade of maroon.

I contacted Hideout by email on Sunday asking for a possible exchange, simply them a brief description of the problem and giving them my size of jacket and trousers.

By return, an email came back, saying no problem. They would hold the jacket they had in my size already and would order in my trousers, which should be just a few days.

No quibbling, a straightforward, no nonsense, exchange.

Expensive when you first buy them but you can't fault the follow up service, from either Hideout or Rukka

Expect the next one to do the same thing. It happens with Rukka suits, with BMW Streetguard suits and on my own suit which is a prototype which, as yet, hasn't made it into production.

Excellent...

It was only some mirror image panels (others were fine, staying as black as coal) and the top of the legs, too, where they catch the sun. To be honest I wasn't much bothered about the colour switch, the suit's integrity was fine.

I simply bumped into a chum who had one exchanged... So I thought, why not get a new suit for little effort after twenty odd thousand in this one....

I'll report back into two years and another 20K.
