Is anybody planning on boosting their fitness this year and wants to do it on a budget. If so I’m selling my wife’s Body Max B15 exercise bike.
It’s about four years old, it has an upgraded seat as the standard included one was like sitting on a ruler and bloody uncomfortable. You can buy these new now for about £220, I think we paid about £500 at the time of purchase plus an extra £50 for the better seat. The RRP is £599 but they are currently discounted by 63%.
I’m looking for £85 and if you don’t live too far from me I’ll deliver it for you. I’m based in Bradford West Yorkshire.
The seat stem is adjustable vertically as well as horizontally. Likewise with the handlebar stem, it can be adjusted to the desired height and also forward and backwards for the best comfort. It has an LCD display to measure the usual stats and I’ve just replaced the battery so everything is working perfectly.
It has adjustable ‘feet’ to ensure its perfectly level on any floor surface.
I’ve highlighted a slight defect consisting of a broken plastic wheel on the front lower bar. The purpose of this wheel was for when you tilted the bike forward to enable the bike to be pushed around. You can still manoeuvre the bike with the remaining wheel, you just have to tilt the bike forward and then to one side, it works as I’ve tried it.
I forgot to mention it has a big red knob that you can twist to alter the resistance of the pedals.
Drop me a PM if you’d like the bike.
