Hello
My two exhaust pipes will probably need replacement in a near future. They are rotten and I already weld them so avoid more expenses.
The originals are made in carbon steel and with a balance pipe.
Most of the pipes that I see are now in stainless steel and with out balance pipes.
The main disadvantage in using Stainless steel is that it’s not so good to dissipate heat. (but look better)
Carbon Steel: 5,5 W / °C x m2
Stainless Steel: 3,6 W / °C x m2

And the balance pipes? Are they useful or nor?
Should I try to find the original design or should I go for the “normal” aftermarket options?
Thanks
