Looking for an exhaust for my 2014 TE. Don't fancy the usual Akro or Remus. Has anybody fitted an SC Projects oval exhaust to their bike. Mottorad mag did a test on 14 exhausts on a TC and the SC did very well in the group test.

Never had one of these, but this Italian Can does look very stylish and well made.
Much smaller than the Akra and less than half the price.

I'd go for the Titanium with Carbon tip...nice.

Mottorad mag did, or so you tell us.

Why hesitate, if it scored highly out of 14 and you don't fancy the usual cans of choice. They have taken the nail biting out of it for you. Have faith in your natural instincts.

Which Italian can? No name in text and no linky

Not bad at all...

If the GS was my only bike and not just for long runs I would have one of those in a jiffy!
Tidiest I`ve seen buy a long way so far. Full Ti looks best IMO.

Like my bike quiet for longer runs tho, All my boxers before had pipes and it does yer box in after few hundred miles or so with ^^^^^^^^^

That looks quite nice .. :thumb2

Nice to have a good selection of choices and the SC looks great!

I went for an Akro Silencer (on a half price deal thru BMW). Got the biggest impact when I then fitted the Remus conical pipes (minus the cat and flap). Significant improvement without being stupidly loud and I love it!

Hope you enjoy the new purchase.

Hi Verticalvince,

Did you end up buying one of these?

They look great, and I'm quite interested in getting one too.

The magazine review is in German, but using Google Translate I was able to understand some of it. It does say that the SC exhaust is loud at standstill and on the move. What I couldn't tell was if this is with or without baffle, or how loud. I assume it is with the baffle in. It didn't sound too loud on the Youtube vid, though that was on a 2012 GS.

So my question is, how loud is it?

Thanks.

I like the look for the Zard exhausts but don't think they're available yet for the WC.

That arrow can looks like it fits the other side of the wc!!

Hoping to get the can on at the weekend. First impressions are good. Nice build quality.
Will get some photos up ASAP :aidan

I thought that, but I think it has the logos on the inside and out, as the bracket looks correct.

Look forward to seeing some pictures, was going to take the plunge for the akrapovic but have had arrows on previous gsxr and ducati and they have been quality, if it sounds ok it means half the money and I will be able to buy a new lid as well.

Arrow can

Noticed a slight defect (possible damage in transit) to the carbon end cap. Spoke to the chaps in Italy. They are going to send me a replacement cap and rivets so can will not be going on the bike until next week now:( Still think it's a cracking piece of kit and great value at £350 delivered (titanium one is £450). I especially like the one piece can link pipe design as opposed to the type that connects can and pipe with springs. Here are some photos of before i removed the end cap.
