TE stands for Touring Edition and has on average about £3.5k's worth of additional bells and whistles.

Near enough, but not totally. It's the 3 or 4 packs you see on the second page of the configurator. The third page then provides individual options, many of which will be ticked if you've either selected the TE or added the packs onto a non-TE.
