I was at Teasdales in Thirsk on Tuesday and the owner Andy showed me some exquisite Italian 'bling' that he is now stocking for various bikes, in our case for the GS/A-LC.

I'm not into bling and I won't be buying any, however this was the most beautifully manufactured gear that I have ever seen for a GS/A (and probably the most pricey) and I'd never heard of it, so I thought that I would post some examples for the 'blingers' among you.

Check out this stuff..

An exquisite headlight guard which I handled and was a beautiful thing.

A sump guard with a lamp that comes on for 30 seconds when you lower your side stand!

Footpegs that compare in quality to something that you'd find on an F1 car.

I don't have any interest in this company or Teasdales and if this post is inappropriate...moderator please shift/delete it.

Nippy Norman very kindly sent me the Rizoma catalogue and that in itself is a thing of beauty that would not look out of place on Engineers coffee table :D

Bloody expensive though even by touratwat standards

Rizoma do lovely stuff. I've spent a small fortune on mirrors and indicators for the RnineT but it is lovely quality..

Do they do the headlight guard in black? It looks like Dame Edna's glasses in silver!:D

I see than Nippy doesn't do the footpegs, luckily!:P

Yes, they do supply the guard in black, it was a black one that Andy showed to me.

It really is Italian design and workmanship at it's very best, it's gonna be expensive as it's CNC machined from billet, so I would think that about 98% of the initial billet is scrapped.

The prices are in Euros.

Jewellery for motorbikes, the quality looks might impressive though!
If money was no object we'd probably all have it, lol.
