Extra lights, which ones

I'm looking for extra lights for the winter, I like the look but not the price of http://www.adventurebikewarehouse.co.uk/twalcom-halogen-fog-light-kit-f800gs-black-p-132.html

What have others fitted and recommend?

I mounted a couple of sets by the radiator and wired them in nicely for a fraction of the cost as there all from Halfords and all Hella or Ring lights. The advantage of this set up is there all protected as well and not exposed like the ones you are looking at. If you look at pics of my bike under the show us your 800 you will see how I've done it and always happy to put them in for you if you need it doing.

I bought a set of Nr 2's from Fanum http://www.ukgser.com/forums/showthread.php?t=305801 excellent quality lights and I am very happy with them.

Without spending a fortune I use a set of Hella FF50`s as long range spots wired to come on with main beam.

I also have a pair of Hong Kong 9watt leds mounted by the rad,these are so bright I have them angled down and use them as daylight markers.

I can recommend the Twalcom and adventure bike warehouse, they'll fitt them for you for free. The Twalcom are tough little mother feckers too. I highsided on some wet tram tracks in Irkutsk which bent one of them around, it even made contact with the glass but it still works. I bent it back around, see before and after:

I've got the Wunderlich ones on my 650, and am very happy with them. I even managed to fit them myself, so they must be simple!

They're nowhere near as bright as the aux lights on himself's K1600GTL, but they definitely get me noticed in traffic
