I need some help as I am totally bamboozled by the Austrian, German and Chinese methods used with regards to the Breather tube from the valve cover that is located into the airbox via what the book describes as a M8 Rivenut Insulated, along with a connector, I have no idea what it should look like or how it performs it's function due to it having disintegrated due to age and being soaked in oil that has condensated in the airbox. Question is has anyone ever replaced this item and if so how is it done otherwise has anyone got an airbox with said bits still attached in good shape they would like to sell please? All the ones I've located has just a bare unfilled hole without any sign of a connector or rubber grommet to hold the pipe in situ. The drain pipe with a stopper in it is fine. Am reticent to use the bike as if the breather does not stay put , t will spray all kinds of crap under the box and the paneling that covers the box ending up all over the seat and me! Much Obliged.
