How about this, 10% less power + 10% more torque

F800 GS 16/42 giving a 2.625 Ratio. The bike pulls at most revs and rarely bogs at any point. Its a bit buzzy on motorways though.

F650 GS 17/41 giving a 2.412 Ratio. I find this is ideal for most circumstances but can sometimes be a bit tricky to restart on steep hills.
I suspect you could be over doing it fitting an 18t sprocket.

The Touratech 15/47 gives a 3.133 Ratio, this must be for off road world tours only, it would drive you crazy on a motorway.

BMWs choice of sprockets for the F800 is very odd, I was always told never to select even numbers of teeth because it causes excessive wear, odd teeth numbers use what is called a hunting tooth, sprockets need hundreds of revs before the same tooth contacts the same chain link.
The picture of the 16t sprocket below shows this to good effect. Every second tooth never comes in contact with an inner chain link.

A better choice could be 17/43 giving a 2.529 Ratio,
