I have read all the articles posted about overheating and bubbles and foaming in oil, but it seems that the problem I am having is not described there.
My F650GS is 07.2000. I found out that somewhere on the www by typing in VIN. It has almost 50000km.
Problem:
If I am riding at constant speed of 100km/h and 4000rpm while outside air temp. is 25C or so, after 30-40 min ride I stop and wait for a 1 minute and open oil tank cap I can see that oil level is all the way to the cap with a lot of small bubbles that make foam on the top. After 15 minutes air bubbles/foam are gone and oil level begins to drop.
If I am riding at constant speed of 120km/h and 5000rpm after 30min or less, depending on the outside air temp, Red temperature light goes on. Then I stop and do the same kind of check as I described above. Results are the same. Again I have to wait for bike to cool down.
Cooling liquid level is exactly at the max line, no variations. I've tried to squeeze all of the hoses that cooling liquid goes through to see if some air is in. No air.
I did visual inspection of the radiator. No visible damage of any kind. Fan is working fine too.
I have noticed small oil leak on the hose that is on the right hand side and connects air box with engine. I have opened right side of the bike. Took of the air filter and looked inside. Rubber part that is going out of the air box (hose is connected to it and goes to the engine) is damaged and that is where oil escapes and goes down on the outside of the hose. I have also noticed that there is some amount of oil (200ml) on the bottom of the air box. Probably overfilled with oil. I am also planning to check water pump when i start the oil change. Just to be sure it is goo looking and sealed.
Any ideas or advice is more than welcome.

P.S.
I rode one day when outside air temp. was 47C (long story, Greece). Same problem was occuring more often.
