F650GS twin Rox risers Fitting Experience
The Rox risers arrived next day from Two Wheeled Trekkers, bought some Dot4 fluid, and a longer Goodrich braided front hose from AZ Stickers on Westgate road, £34.
I was a bit apprehensive about losing fluid and bleeding the ABS system but it was easy. The Clutch cable needs re routing the other side of the forks. So now with the RR's mounted on top of 20mm Adventure Spec risers and the new BMW comfort seat back friendly rides are on the way. The only drawback is that when the RR's are tilted front or back it is impossible to properly tighten up the screws which clamp the RR shafts. They can be partially tightenned but it is a bit of a compromise. So all in all quite straight forward.
