F650GS vs F650GS

Hi all, new here, so here goes!
2 brief questions.
a/. Do you know if the new F650GS (800) can be lowered as much as the old F650GS (600)?

b/. As a newbie how do we go about sending PM's to other forum members, because I currently seem to be 'locked out' when attempting to click on user names etc.

The new 650GS can be ordered with a lower "pack" which includes lower suspension and lower seat. I think it works out lower than the single 650GS when lowered.

the new bike can be ordered with a low seat height kit , ie lowered suspension front and rear and the low seat , giving a very low ...765mm seat height . or with the standard suspension set up , tall seat...820mm...low seat...790mm.
