F800GS torque settings for handlebar clamps

Hi all, I am about to fit a pair of handlbar risers to my F800GS Adventure, and wondered if anyone knows what the official torque setting for the handlebar clamp bolts should be for when I tighten them back up.

Any help much appreciated, seems a waste to spend 70 quid on the official BMW service manual just to find it out.

19nm tighten front bolts first until fully seated

Thanks both, proving the value of the forum yet again. Thank god I checked, I think I would have guessed higher than that so could have been in a whole world of trouble. I'll save the link to the f800 riders forum too.
