Had my software recall update a few months ago on my 2021 GSA. When i got it back the alarm was playing up. Back to the dealer and they confirm same. Dealer said they would order a new one. Am now 4 weeks further and nothing from the dealer. I called and thier answer was “we’ll tell you when its in”. I despise having to work with this dealer because they are arrogant and the largest in NL. We don't have much choice over here.
Is anyone aware of issues with supply of parts from BMW in UK? Not sure of next course of action other than to sit and wait. Dealer is much more interested shifting new bikes especially to local and expat market here in The Hague than looking after the after market and service in my mind.
