Got my 4 year old, 20,000 mile Hein Gericke jacket out recently, looked at how grubby it was and contemplated treating myself to a new one! This despite washing with NikWax every year, I have been finding it increasingly hard to get the grime out. Couldn't justify it so thought I'd just have to make it last.
A few weeks later, there I was minding my own business when I picked up a copy of the freebie Motorcycle Monthly and saw a reference to these guys. I say these guys - its a husband and wife team.
As I am not far from Coventry and I wanted to look my best this season
I thought I'd give them a try.
I have to say the results are very pleasing. They did some stitching up for me too. I didn't expect a 4 year old jacket to come back looking like new but it sure is clean! As it is pale grey the difference is very noticeable to say the least!
Oh! Forgot to say. Mine was a textile jacket not leather but the results are superb. All clean and waterproof.
