Farkle development including the front crud

Just to throw a spanner in the works (sorry Mark:hide), but I'm not fussed about having LC on it, as the bike isn't officially called the LC. I'd rather just R1200GS, but etched on, as that's what the bike actually is:rob.:thumb:beerjug::hide:hide:D

No probs pal - I will happily do a special for you.

if I have the brains to remember...........

And the next farkle is.......................

So, guys, I think the next farkle might be some radiator guards.

What do you think??????

Mark, will you be offering various options ie touring v1 and v2 !

V1 looks less busy and the shape seems to flow and has a nice contour, where's v2 looks to angular a bit like mounting a shovel to the engine casing ..LoL

Funnily enough I prefer the Rev 1 better but most of the lads, so far, have said that they prefer the Rev 2 - personal choice and I am thankful for everyones opinions!

I also like the contours but the lads seem to mostly think an angular style to it is better.

I thought these ones are the mk1 touring crud catcher? Didn't the sport only have two bolts?

yes the sport did only have 2 bolts pal but the majority of opinion, on this fine forum, was that both the touring and the sports needed raising up higher so thats what I did!

Btw I have just the 2 hole sports fitted to mine coz I likes that the best :D

Sorry mate,I've just seen the other pics on page 4:blast:D

Thanks for that coz I thought it looked good and took ages to control the laser (which can blast through 16mm thick sheet steel like a knife through butter) delicately enough to `etch` the surface and get a result which didn`t look like a mess.

i thought it added some `quality` too :thumb

I think I will put it on the cruds unless anyone of us can think of something better :nenau

(could be opening the floodgates here....................)

For the logo how about the new society name as suggested here :D

On a serious note they look very good

Ha - funny.

Anyway - update - I have out all three variants on the `tinterweb as follows:

I still think the touring looks no where near as good as the other two `sports` however I take my hat off to you geezers - so many positive opinions can`t be wrong :bow:bow:bow

And PLEASE bear with me - each one is made to order and takes lots of time AND I`ve got a day job AND this weekend I`m off out riding my new LC!
