Benhur is flying up this morning with his LED unit for me to redesign a deflector to fit it.

It'll still take me a while to do and then to powder coat - it's up to you guys if you hang on or cancel.

Kris, benhur is kindly meeting me at the Staffordshire tossers bash on Saturday with his LED bike and deflector, I`ll borrow the deflector, design one next week and hopefully get some made before I go on holiday so that they can be powder coated.

You can then contact kath on [email protected] while I`m away and she can get them sent out.

Because Mark is off on a jolly somewhere, he has sent me a prototype deflector which will fit the bikes, like mine, with the LED headlight.

Just received my delivery of Cymarc goodies. Where do the strips of self adhesive rubber go on the radiator guards as I cannot see them in the instructions?

Just received my delivery of Cymarc goodies. Where do the strips of self adhesive rubber go on the radiator guards as I cannot see them in the instructions?

The strip sticks onto the top of the radiator guard itself and goes in between the guard and the black plastic surround to stop any rattling if the black plastic surround has not been made properly or is warped. In many cases its simply not needed but there if it is!

Yes, I agree - it looks much better in black but as a prototype to get the design right before I go away it had to be raw stainless

I have made some which Kath will get sorted and powder coated while I am away so if anyone needs them (or needs to re-place an order) they can do so and it doesn`t have to wait till I get back.
