Twice in 12 months have sent packages with them to uk, both times lost.
one was a full motorbike wheel and took them over 2 months find it
2nd was collected in may. at start august i had finally got reply back from them telling methey lost an expensive electronic item i had posted. the then said they dont post to po box numbers. well i asked why wasnt that listed in terms and conditions and was told they dont know
i was refunded 50 euro.
this is max they pay. so months without my tablet and lost 200 euro and 50 max they cover no matter how expensive the item
so beware, you pay for what get, they are cheap so all you get is cheap crappy service

This will vary from company to company, however it is only basic insurance and most if not all freight companies can offer better cover for an extra fee, which if I was shipping "expensive electronic items" I would consider.
