Are you sure they will fit? I fitted my Pivot Pegz from my TC to the new bike, and although they fitted, they were at an odd angle.:blast So I went for the new BMW ones with the dampered rubber inserts.

Simple answer is yes.

I emailed Nippy Norman's and a US site at the same time asking this very question thinking the US would respond first and guess what .. the US responded first :D. To be fair though, Nippy's are very good, but I always seem to response within an hour from the States.

This is the site I questioned is this one and they confirmed they have fitted them on '13's despite the page saying on the header up to '13 and only up to '11 further down.

I'll wait for Nippy's to confirm before ordering from them.

That's good then.:beerjug: Just wanted to make you aware of the issue with mine, before you parted with the cash.:rob:thumb

Norman says he hasn't seen them on a 2013 yet and has kindly said if they are unsuitable I can return them. Top fella.

I'll keep y'all posted.

Nutty, you got me thinking about these. Are you pleased with them and do you have a piccie of them on the bike you can share? The one on the BMW accessories page shows them nicely off up close as you'd want, but you can't get a feel of what they look like further back.

My local dealer wants £160 for them but if they are good and I don't have to go thru the hassle of getting and possibly returning a pair to Nippy Norman's, particularly as I'm off in a couple of weeks for a ~3K mile jaunt around the Alps, I'd be happy to have something that is a known quantity from the outset, even if it is a little more expensive. And blingy .

Cheers.

I'm pleased with mine, and you can feel the rubber move when you stand up (riding in to the Waitrose car park:rolleyes:). You should be able to get some sort of discount from BMW on them though.:rob

do these new fangled BMWs no longer come fitted with footrests now?

onehundredandsixtyfuckingquid?

no, stop :jes

What is the benefit over the standard footpegs?

if you have to ask the question you will not understand the answer

Fastway pegs fitted OK and look/feel dandy with the shorter 8mm (I think) studs and in the standard (not lowered position) just as I had on my previous GS. Running them in the 'flattest' position (the angling bolt at the back screwed right in).

Only a short ride home and the next will be to Dover next weekend for a wee spin around the Alps.

I noticed I do tend to leave my balls of my feet resting on them still though rather than flat as I ended up on the previous bike. Maybe it's just a case of getting used to them again. Bloody thing wants to make me hoon which doesn't help :).

I'll post an update when I'm back.

I have them on the low setting, very comfortable IMHO
