Anyone got a hugger they want to sell? My strides are getting filthy !
Any other suggestions for stopping mud and debris from the back wheel gratefully recieved!

What bike have you got Ian?

Well as he has posted in the R1200/1250RS section, I would hazard a guess that it is one or the other of these models :augie

I’d guess that the fittings might be different? But maybe not. Who can tell?

Ok it’s an R1250rs but most other 1200 bits fit. Of course I could pretend it’s a GS and leave in the garage when raining :green gri

I’m edging towards the mudsling, has anyone doctored a Gs one to fit? Loads of more financially attractive options for them !

You'll see on the pic an additional mudguard, originally designed for the Australian Market. See pic for BMW part number. Not sure if it fits the RS. It's on my R1250R.

Remove the rear wheel mud plugger if it has one and fit a mud sling.
I have and it makes a difference as this allows the mud off the tyres to escape rather that continue towards the shock etc.
