A mudsling doesn't stop the back of your legs getting covered in shit. At least with the R the back of both your legs get covered in shit, unlike the GS, where only your left leg does.

In my recent experience with Mudsling, you get dirty boots up to mid-calf level. No discernible bias to either leg.

I recently purchased a 1200/1250GS Mud sling copy.

Not even a close fit and can’t be adapted.
