works qiite well but is a bit pricy for what it is
its got some double sided tape to hold it in place
then you have to drill to place 4 self tappers in which i dont really like
You don't really. You just have to make a small mark with a sharp object and then screw the self tappers in. The mudguard plastic is so soft that the screws cut their own thread very easily.
Place a small bead of silicone sealant from edge to edge on the mating surface. This will seal the joint and make the extender more efective (otherwise water does flow quite freely between the join and onto the front of the engine).
You get them from halfords for about £12 - red, gold or black. You get a free gallon of engine oil included.
Pair of scissors, 3 pop rivets or cap screws, jobs a goodun. You can make it the right length as well (unlike the rip off pyramid one)
