Anybody else got the Machine Art Fender Extender fitted with the OEM bash plate, and the Mudsling with knobblies, fitted on a GSA? The Machine Art site suggests it's not great, but doesn't entirely advise against it!

I had the TKC80's on the bike from new and they did not interfere with the MudSling or the Avant fender extender.

My bike is the 2015 GSA with the factory lowered suspension.

Thanks.

Interestingly, it's my understanding that it's when the suspension is extended, rather than compressed, when it's a problem...

Anakee wilds and Karoo 3`s have not interfered with my Mudsling when either fully extended or compressed.

I bought a sh mudsling, previous owner advised me there is only about 1mm clearance with knobblies fitted. GS though. not gsa

Given the wheel direction, your feedback, and thinking about it some more, it really shouldn't be that big a deal on the rear, it's only going to happen off jumps and whoops.

On the front though, catching the extender on the enduro sump guard as the front wheel goes light might be more of a problem...
