Hi all, I'm new to the forum, so please be gentle.
I'm trying to fit a pair of Fiamm twin horns to my 2002 R1150GS.
They won't fit in the original place up under the headstock.
Does anyone have any good suggestions about where to fit them?
I also don't want them stuck out front where they'll pick up all the rubbish on our roads.

Thanks for any help/suggestions.
Mike

Hi Mike, welcome.
I have a pair of Fiamms in the original place under the head stock of my 1150GS, had to make a special bracket though.
As soon as I can figure out how to upload pics I will.

Hi, I have fitted same, work great. Note on 1150 there is a horn relay so no need for another one. Just tap the power supply to the existing horn. I keep the existing too, why not. Note the twin horns have to work in phase to get correct resonance so observe the ikkle + and - signs on each horn when wiring up. If they have only one terminal each, not an issue. Bin

Hope this helps, if you need more info let me know.

Hi Pablo,
thanks for the photo.
I'll make up a "Z" bracket, and mount it on the same stud.

Cheers

Thanks Bin
No problem with the electrics, although I have fitted the relay that came with the horns.
Shouldn't cause a problem, but I might remove just to de-clutter an already cluttered area.
Cheers
